I opened a dispute because I had a question. The ticket has been closed, but I cannot see the answer. I see the Summary Notes which say that answers have been given and a warning too. However I see no answer or warning.
How can I reopen a dispute or contact the arbitrator to let them know I miss the answer?
Can you provide us with the onion address of your arbitrator, so we know who it is?
I believe this trade belongs to @cbeams, but I am not sure.
