Can't send payment via zelle to a seller

So I make an offer and the deposit was sent. I got the seller’s zelle email. I added the email into my zelle and I tried to sent the payment but my bank sent me a message said " We can’t send payments or requests to “seller x” right now. Any idea?


Was able to initiate the payment this morning but it is still shown as pending in zelle for 3 hours now.

Was the user’s Zelle email a one?

I have noticed a few trades in mediation where users with email address experienced issues receiving funds.

Was able to resolve it. Had to go to the bank branch to make the payment.
