If you sell Bitcoin with ClearXchange please contact the Bitcoin buyer using the email address or mobile
number from the payment details to verify that the peer is really the owner of the bank account.
We got a bank charge back case with the ClearXchange BTC buyer LISA SERRA (serralisa@yahoo.com).
We still have not much information why the charge back happened.
If you had a trade with that person, please get in touch with the Bisq team (manfred@bitsquare.io).
If you have an open trade don’t complete it but open a dispute (by cmd+o or ctrl+o).
