I have two orders that have begun and it says on my end “step 1) wait for blockchain confirmation”
both order, the other end user have messaged me and said, “ok its ready to go”…however on my end it gives me the “1)wait for confirmation” message…this hasnt happened before. and when i click on the deposit link, it says loading forever…something is definitely up and I dont want to look like a scammer so i need help!

You can check the tx ids in https://mempool.space/ to see if they have confirmed or not. Sometimes things take a while when the network is busy.
