Hey,
I had an issue with a deposit payout transaction not showing up (resolved by closing and re-opening the app now), and I was trying to open a support ticket to ask about it. I tried pressing Ctrl+o but nothing happened. Is there a particular screen where this works/some special conditions for it, or should this work anywhere in the app? If so, any ideas why it wouldn’t be working for me? I’m on v.0.6.1 installed from the AUR on Arch Linux running Gnome, if that helps.
