Delayed Payout Transaction missing

Hello, I tried to buy BTC but was given a message:

“Delayed payout transaction is missing”

By the Trade ID, the red exclamation mark shows “Delayed payout transaction ID” as “N/A”.

I have opened a support ticket. However, if the trade is not proceeded any further, after 24 hours, will the security deposit be refunded back due to the error? I do not want to proceed further in the event of risking more funds.

Look if you have a deposit txid with the help of the wiki. https://bisq.wiki/Deposit_transaction
If you don’t it’s a failed trade and you should request for reimbursement of the trading fee.
