Dpkg can't access .deb installer in Tails

I tried installing it twice, with a recent version of Tails and the most recent one and get the same error. I made sure to follow the instructions exactly. I did have administration password enabled. On running the installation script, the terminal echos this in a loop:

dpkg: error: cannot access archive '/home/amnesia/Persistent/bisq/[Bisq-64bit-1.9.17.deb]': No such file or directory

If you followed the guide on bisq.wiki and this is the output, it looks like a new Tails version already broke bisq installation once again.
There is a small community around Bisq on Tails but I’m not part of it, with some luck someone might come around to find a way to restore functionality

Thank you. I’m going to use Debian instead of Tails.

just install it with full system encryption from the gui installer
