I am trying to confirm payment received and getting an error. It says to report a bug. How do you report a bug? Is this the place?

The error is:

An error occurred at task: SignPayoutTx
Exception message: trade.getDepositTx() must not be null

Can you open a dispute by cmd+o (or ctrl+o).
