I lost fees twice from the bug when orders were not working and have created 2 reimbursement tickets on github but still have not been refunded and it’s been over a week. How long does it take to get refunded?
There’s a new refund agent which is still catching up with the old one. Maybe a week more.
Did this problem ever got resolved? I just ran into this issue.
There’s only one fee refund per cycle, so you need patience to get your fees back.
It’s a time consuming task and mining fees requires that this task is done batching one big transaction.
Good luck to you, it took me 4 months and lots of digging to get my refund.
Not worth the hassle in my opinion.
