My friend is using a brand new fresh mac, but on his first instance of running it, he ran into this problem. We tried googling, but couldn’t find this exact issue
Tor is being DDossed since early June and is causing lots of problems for Bisq. See https://status.torproject.org/ Will have to wait for Tor to resolve. I am able to use Bisq intermittently depending on the time of day.
