Hiddenservice directory deleted during open trade

I have an open trade with locked funds which has exceeded the max trading period time. I have opened a mediation request, however more than 2 days have elapsed and the mediator has not responded.

I believe this is occurring because after the trade was initiated, my btc_mainnet/tor/hiddenservice directory was deleted, and I wasn’t able to receive any further messages from the trade counterparty or the mediator.

Is there any way get support in manually closing this trade and releasing locked funds for both me and the trade counterparty? Thanks!

And in the small chance that either the counterparty or mediator sees this the trade ID is:

91503164-ee811365-f872-464e-a5c1-9a87d354fe50-127

For anybody curious as to why my hiddenservice dir was deleted, I’ve been receiving the following error after starting Bisq:

Mar-15 14:31:54.410 [NetworkNode-9999] ERROR b.n.p.n.TorNetworkNode: Could not connect to running Tor: Error reply: Failed to decode RSA key

I found several sources which mention deleting the hiddenservice directory would solve this problem [1][2][3]. Unfortunately it wasn’t super clear to me that deleting this dir with an open trade would result in it getting stuck.

Hello, please start by joining the Bisq Keybase team and reach out to the mediator on the #support channel. In the trade details you should have your mediator’s onion address.

Unfortunately deleting those folders do cause complications with open offers/trades so it should’ve had been made clear. As I said above, reach out to your mediator on Keybase.

@huey thanks for the tip, posted to keybase bisq #support just now.
