How long to wait after making payment

It’s now 13 hours since I made the bank transfer for my buy order, I messaged the buyer via chat to say I completed my end and could they release the BTC but no reply and no BTC - how long should I wait before opening a mediation? t

Currently at stage 3 ‘wait for BTC seller’s payment confirmation’

thanks, it’s all good 16 hours in total waiting time since I made a Faster Payments (instant) transfer - trade now COMPLETE

Inform your peer that you already have sent the fiat, as Bisq sometimes fail and he sellers don’t receive the new state of the trading process, so they won’t notice you have paid unless they receive a banking notification.
