How to contact arbitrator outside of application?

After restoring my wallets from a backup, I’m unable to open support tickets on a couple of stuck trades. How can I get in touch with the arbitrators to complete these trades?

Did you see those stuck trades in “open trades” or in the history ?

Did you open the second trade when the first was already stuck ?

In any case, if your trades are well engaged with a trading partner, at the worst he will open a support ticket from his side.
