How to open support ticket on completed trade


I received a double fiat payment for a bitcoin trade. After receiving the first payment, I completed the trade, then the next day received a second payment in the same amount. I’d like to arrange for refunding the buyer’s second fiat payment. How can I contact the buyer to arrange for this refund?

This has not been resolved yet. I also wrote you an email about this issue of mistaken double payment. Feel free to respond there, or just let me know what course of action you recommend.

I assume you see the payers bank account. Otherwise open the trade details in portfolio/history click on trade if, that opens the trade details window, there are the payment details. Use that to send back the overpaid funds.
