…I have 27 GB of free space. What is this?

is this linux maybe? check with df -h
Sometimes the issue there can be that the maximum number of inodes are nearly taken and the free space appears less than it really is.
Or, more simply, you think Bisq data directory is on a partition different from the real partition it is located into
