but to do this i need to pay fee mining and so on… Ok i understand that.
BUT, if i want buy BTC it’s because i havn’t BTC so i CANT pay these fees with BTC !!!

That’s right, it’s a security deposit.
Best you can do is borrow some BTC from your friend, then you’ll pay them back. Otherwise, you’ll have to buy some elsewhere to be able to trade on Bisq.
