Some days ago, I had an issue with a payment, and opened a ticket, that was settled by an arbitrator. This is a quote from the final message from the arbitrator:

i did 2 times the payout once with u as publisher and once with the peer. the peer was not online so lets wait 1 day and if u still dont get the payout ping me by email. then we have to do a manual payout. but no worry no funds at risk, just a bit more work…
