I’m new to bisq. After installing Windows 64 bits and authorizing firewall by answering yes, It initializes but it takes forever, at some time it opens Tor settings, I close, it opens again, I chose Bridge, then close tor settings, and it goes on initializing forever.

Could you check if your Tor connection is being blocked by using the Tor browser?
Your client might not be getting a connection. It could still be something up with your local firewall.
There are also countries out there that block connections to the Tor network, like Turkey or China, in such cases you would have to mess with Tor bridges and see what works best for you.
Had the same problem at the same time, and there really wasn’t any obvious reason, the app just wouldn’t start for at few hours…
