Hi, lately there have been a lot of issues with people not being able to confirm that they have indeed received the payment from the other party of the trade. I’m not quite sure why that may be. just informing.
Can you be more specific?
- Can they see the button to confirm that they’ve received payment?
- Are they unable to click it?
- Nothing happens when they click it?
I wasn’t able to get much information but I believe the button is just faded out therefore they can’t click on it. Pretty much all of them have been on XMR/BTC trades
