It will be interesting to see if russian Bitsquare activity picks up.
You’re welcome to spread word in the Russian speaking communitys/chat rooms/forums as Bitsquare may not be known there yet !! That will certainly help to let it pick up 
LocalBitcoin suggest the use of VPN and Tor to bypass the ban.
