Lost coins

Hi there,

Following an error that indicated I need to re-send the confrmation that I had sent the FIAT, I closed and re-opened BISQ. It was now completely empty. Using the backup I had made, still no results. Using the multi word key, plus date, still no results.

Please help as there were coins I was aquiring for someone else - I’ve never had a problem with BISQ before and have been singing its praises.

If it helps, the amount was £78 in GBP.
