There are times (sometimes hours) where I can not communicate with the seller/buyer because the messages fail to send. When I try to send a message it just sits there and loads for 10 or 15 minutes, and then it eventually fails to send the message. What is the solution?
wait and retry is the only solution, maybe refresh tor files on the chance that the connection issues are on your side
