Is there any additional considerations when sending Monero vs other litecoins in Bisq? Specifically, what would an arbitrator as proof that a payment was sent?

Given Monero’s anonymity, if a nefarious actor wanted to claim they never received the XMR I sent, how can I prove that they payment was sent to the recipient?

The XMR sender need to use a wallet which supports the tx key feature, with that he can proof in case of a dispute to the arbitrator that he sent it. The official Monero wallet supports that. When you set up a monero account you see a popup with more details.
