What can I do about my Sats?
I installed bisq again on my new device but everything’s gone. I imported the seed in blue wallet and then in coinomi but the wallet was empty.
Can somebody help me to get my Sats back?
Have you checked out the wiki guide describing how to restore your wallet from the seed?

But there’s a new problem now. I got too many Sats. May be you’ll laugh about this, but I think it’s not right to keep it. How can I give it back to Bisq?

Whatever bitcoin you have from restoring your seed is yours.

Tried to withdraw. Not working. Can see it on mempool, everything 0, nothing left on bisq, transactions are stuck
Problem solved. Sync wallet, right amount of sats back and I could withdraw
