New browser will open again. This can be done over and over again

Hi,
On the website. For example, when I press the support menu. Then a new browser opens, on that browser I press again on support. Then in place to refresh the page, a new browser will open again. This can be done over and over again and over and over again.

It should not be able to do that. It should still only refresh the the same page.
