New data directory - info leakage vs reputation loss?

I’ve read the relevant wikis and the sticky post, and am still not really sure if to do it - outside of performance issues, which I’m not really having, is switching to a new data directory recommended?

I’m wondering if the tradeoff between potential info leakage (a real concern no doubt, but I do a trade or two every couple of months so not hugely active, not really sure what risk that puts me in) is worth losing the reputation I’ve built (will starting from scratch make it harder to trade? I already have to wait several days sometimes for an offer to be picked up)?

I’m on Bisq 1

TIA for any advice you have!

Reputation in Bisq 1 won’t affect you much, and does not provide a lot of information either. It only shows how many times have you traded with a peer.
The most important details are the security deposit (15% min, mandatory for each trade), and buyers having a signature account for fiat trades.

Thanks for the reply and the links, as I mentioned I’d read them already, as well as this one Switching to a new data directory - Bisq Wiki which under “Why switch to a new data directory?” mentions the data leakage, which seems that if everything is running fine, to be the only advantage to creating a new directory, so I’m asking what data am I leaking and if the tradeoff is worth erasing my reputation and starting over, if I’m not having any technical or performance issues that would require me to do it, or if I should just leave it since this leakage is actually pretty minor.

For regular users, switching to a new directory should be done only when they have an old wallet or with too many transactions.
I don’t think it’s specially recommended to take measures to restart local reputation, but it’s up to each user to decide.
