No addresses for withdraw found" error after restoring wallet from Seed (SPV Rescan didn't work

Hi everyone, I’m looking for technical support regarding a withdrawal issue on Bisq.

I am trying to transfer funds to an external Electrum wallet, but I keep getting this error: bisq.core.btc.exceptions.addressentryexception: no addresses for withdraw found in our wallet

Context:

This is an old wallet that I recently restored using my 12-word seed.

The balance shows up, but I cannot move it.

What I have already tried:

I have no open offers (buy or sell).

I have no active trades or pending confirmations.

I have already performed an SPV Rescan via Settings > Network Info, but it didn’t solve the problem.

I’ve verified that the funds are not locked in security deposits.

It seems like the software isn’t recognizing the addresses from the restored wallet as available for withdrawal. Is there a way to force a deeper rescan or a specific database file I should clear to fix this address entry exception?

I have my backup and seed secured. Any help would be appreciated.

the full procedure should be:

  • install bisq 1.9.22
  • rename (if existing) the data directory to Bisq.old
  • start bisq so you get a fresh instance
  • import seed in Account > Wallet seed, including wallet date
  • go through the full spv resync
  • you should see your available utxos under funds>send funds
  • once you select those utxos you are able to send them out
