Problem with trade ID 65266-422bbb2c-c5ba-4909-9068-74bcf562568c-065
tx is not confirmed so funds are locked in multisig
i opened a dispute on 17 Feb. 2018 but arbitrator swfmgmb2aoyqxkte.onion:9999 never responded.
how do i recover locked funds? Should I do a resync?

There was maybe a network error that caused the message from the arbitrator to be lost.
You could try deleting the SPV chain file in Settings and report back if that changed the situation for you.
