Trade ID 757688. I have responded to mediation and let it be known I have received payment but have not heard back from mediator
Hi I think the trade protocol states it can be up to 2 days before a response. Often it is quicker but sometimes the mediator might give your counter party time to respond before contacting you back
It has been 3 days since they have just stopped responding
It depends on every trader, but they might be less available on weekends. Also, sometimes messages are lost.

PS: You have received the payment: if everything is correct and you’re able to, you could just click “payment received” to release BTC. If it’s possible to click the “payment received” button there’s no need to wait for mediator’s suggestion.
