I transferred BTC into a trading BTC address to sell an altcoin. Then I decided to cancel that order and instead buy another altcoin instead of selling BTC. The BTC balance is in an BTC address on my send funds tab. When I try to buy an altcoin with BTC it says I need to make an account but I cant make an “account” for BTC, since it is already made by default. I am very confused and any help is appreciated.
Have you made an “account” for the altcoin? This is just the altcoin address (an external wallet address you control not bisq). Your trading peer will send funds to it during the trade. This is needed in advance before you can make or accept an offer.
