Option to sell BTC in % distance from market no longer available?

I wanted to place a new order to sell BTC in exchange for Siacoin. I have previously set the price using the “Distance in % from market price” option. In version 0.4.6 this option seems to be removed when selling BTC, but not when buying BTC.

Is this intentional, or a bug? If intentional, why?
