Order disappeared

I am new at Bisq I am buying BTC and yesterdar (09-20) i brought some btc for the third time…

I paid for the btc by Zelle…order disappeared and I still waiting for my btc…my deposit still blocked…very weird…why my order disappeared ??? where’s my money ???

Hey, your money wont be lost. What do you mean the order disappeared? is the trade still open?
