What is a step-by-step process to do that?

When creating a Western Union account on Bisq you’re provided with the details:

  • you must provide the MTCN (tracking number)
  • and a photo of the receipt that clearly shows the recipient’s name, city and amount.

I assume you’re making a Western Union transfer through your bank? That process still should give you the required documents. And your bank should probably give you a digitally signed receipt. Although, I’m not very familiar with this process.

I am not sure actually. Best to ask arbitrators for that, since they are used to instructing users to do so during disputes.
