I am using PAYM which is a very safe mobile payment with many High Street banks. You just provide UK mobile to send to and name to see, whether it matched on the receiving account. Sending are limited to 250 pounds but for receiving no limit. Furthermore you must of course be in possession of the mobile which process the payment in order to make a transaction. Highly secure app.
