I made a payment to a peer and clicked on “payment started” button. A message is issued: “please send confirmation again”. I reclick the button but the same failure message is always shown… is there something i could do about this problem?
I am having the same issue! I have tried restarting Bisq and my computer as well and I have ensured that I have an internet connection as well and it still isnt working.
Sometimes there is a bug that stops confirmations from occurring.
I would recommend clicking on the confirmation button. If it does not work changing screen from Portfolio / Open trades to something else and then re-clicking.
If it still is not working try a restart.
If it does not work after a restart you will need to open mediation. You can do this by clicking on the trade and pressing: ‘Ctrl + o’ or ‘alt + o’ or ‘cmd + o’
I would also inform your trading peer about the issue to let them know.
