Payout transaction stucked

Hi,
can someone help? I cant withdraw balance due to unconfirmed transaction.

Trade was mediated, I accepted proposal from mediator, locked funds was transfered to available balance, but payout not confirmed. During mediation, there was some issues with not synced blockchain.

I restored backup and trying to resync, will see if it helps.

After resync that multisig payout transaction disappeared from list and from my balance
