Peer did pay but didn't "intitiate payment"

Hello all,

My peer paid me (correct name, message and account), but I can’t confirm the payment because the peer did not click on “payment started”.

Should I wait for the trade to expire or can I contact the arbitrator to speed things up without losing my securty deposit?

Open a dispute (cmd+o || ctrl+o) and report to the arbitrator he in turn will contact the counter party.

Thanks for your response, I have contacted the arbitrator (with a screenshot of my non-existent ‘acknowledge payment’ button)
