I tried Bisq when it first came out about 8 years ago I think.I did not use it then because it had low volume and was hard to use.I was a Localbitcoins king but then the Government or Illuminatti bought them out and shut it down.
I have questions to get this working and to make my first deal and I know others do also.I want to be a big contributor here as this is crucial for human freedom.I hope we can all work together.
So the first thing is I have bisq2 and this does not require to have and btc to start and I want to buy but Is there any place where there is a step by step, I looked on youtube and can not find anything. Thanks

Okay so let me ask what a newbie would ask.First thing when you are new on Bisq 2 and want to buy btc:
When it says to make a new account what does that mean, is that a new offer? For example you see a deal for western union, the terms , country etc and then you make the deal active. Then what you wait for people to send you a message or?
Please help me to undersand, thank you
Please help me understand, you say that you had an active account on localbitcoins, but then you have no btc to cover for the deposit transaction on Bisq1?
Bisq2 as of now is only available with the Bisq Easy protocol which is aimed at nocoiner buyers to get the first utxo so that they can trade on bisq1 thereafter, and at active sellers who are willing to make a profit in the medium-long term.
Buying is quite straightforward, once you accept a seller’s offer, provided you have access to that payment method, you will share your receive btc address and seller will share his payment account details, you send the fiat when that happens.
If or when you have some btc, you are expected to trade on Bisq1 where the liquidity is larger and the price is better
Now I have no btc but in the past I had and I sold most of it to make purchases and with the small rest I got greedy and tried to day trade shit coins and lost what I had left. We all have different circumstances in life but I am in the cripto space for over a decade.
I tried to buy the small amount that I need now which is about 600$ usd on localcoinswap.com and they scammed me, I can not withdraw from there and even now the balance says 0 and they do not answer support questions so I abandon all centralized exchanges, it is all corrupt to me.. I need to buy now about $600, I would like to pay with money gram.
I see what your saying about accepting a sellers offer. I think what I need is someone to make an offer to sell and I buy it but I need a offer that is either moneygram or western union. The other options like zelle and india based payments and euro transfer do not apply to me,I am in Mexico this is why.If anyone would like to sell $700 let say for the extra i might need I would be willing to pay by moneygram as #1 option or Western Union the second option. Please advise so to arrange, after this I would start with bisq1 as I know now.
