Problems with the chat function

Hi guys,

i need answering in the support chat because of an dispute, but i can´t send messages, i get the error " receiver could not process message. error timed out, try sending message again."

also it seems that the normal chat is not working, but there i get the info “message saved in receivers mailbox.”

Hi I think this was the message you sent to myself that arrived eventually. Chat messages rely on the trader being online to be received. Therefore they might take a while to send. If you are ever unsure feel free to resend the last message.
