We have been observing a spike of cases where offers are being disabled, even if maker fee tx has confirmations, and Bisq is correctly aware of the conf’ed status; no amount of SPV resyncs solves the issue, nor refreshing Tor files.
We realized that, since this proposal was accepted at DAO voting, offers would not match what the new network requirements are; this issue will be solved in an upcoming update to the filters.
