Hello there, by trying to fix a problem with my Windows, my laptop seems to have list completely the BISQ configuration. I reinstslled it again (what I don‘t know if it was a good thing) and when I ooened it, there was a new setup with a new wallet hexadecimal number. All my criptos had disappeared. I fo have a back up in my Explorer, but I don‘t know how to make BISQ read this back up and understand that it should open my old wallet and not this new one just created. Does anybody could help me? HELP!!!
Don’t store backups in the same device as the original data.
To set the backup, follow the steps here: Restoring application data - Bisq Wiki
Reinstalling Bisq, even in windows, does not usually solve any issue.
