How much longer will it take to receive a reply?

Please help Bisq, everything has been great up until this point.

What is the onion address of your arbitrator?

s6yrrpezc3zp6biy.onion:9999

s6yrrpezc3zp6biy.onion:9999 -> @keo
my4t3kedin7k63a6.onion:9999 -> @arbitrator1

What do I do? Will @keo respond to the ticket?

Contact them directly.

@horacen According to the proof sent by the buyer you got your Monero to the address you provided. Please check that your wallet is updated and follows the most recent hardfork of Monero.

Ok you are right, my monero wallet was not updated. Can you release the funds so I don’t see this dispute anymore?

The funds are already released. I don’t know how to get rid of the UI-problem that the dispute is still visible for you.

If you still have the trade under pending trades and if you don’t have any other trades open you can delete the PendingTrades db file in the db folder inside the data directory. At Account/Backup you can open the data directory. Make a backup first and shut down Bisq when deleting the file.

@Homard @alexej996 If there are similar cases you can give that advice as well. Just make sure the user don’t have any other trades open and he should do a backup!

ok @arbitrator1 I take good notice.
