I don’t think that Bisq is a second layer network at the same level of Liquid, but I still like it.

Perhaps not the same as Liquid. I do think it qualifies as a layer 2 since it’s being built on top of the Bitcoin protocol. I could be off on this.

The DAO and BSQ is a BTC second layer. Bisq v2, if feasible, would be a 2nd layer, because having BSQ would be mandatory to trade.
