Hi, I’m buying BTC via an instant payment method, so he sees the payment on his account. The seller is also online so I don’t understand why he doesn’t confirm, neither says anything in the chat? Is this common, for example a lot of people just leave bisq on to appear online and accept trades automatically and check bisq from time to time?

Hi @rimi thanks for the post.
There is no requirement to be at your keyboard all the time when Bisq is running. The BTC Seller might has Bisq running but be away from there keyboard.
As long as they return in the trade window to confirm your payment then the trade will complete successfully.
If they do not confirm you can send the trade to mediation once the time window is up.
