Sepa not signed after successful trade with a signed partner

Hi,
could someone help me please? I bought BTC via my SEPA account from a signed partner, but my SEPA account is still unsigned. It is strange, because my Revolut account after a similar trade was signed.
Thank You, Lys

I noticed a similar issue.

My SEPA account has been signed for some time. And it shows as such under “Accounts.” However, my SEPA offer shows the account as unsigned.

Did you trade more than 0.0025BTC? Was the seller signed since at least 30 days? Account limits - Bisq Wiki

You are right,
I traded less than 0.0025 BTC that is the reason.
Thank You for Your help.

Is the trade for a low amount (<0.0025 BTC)?

I have noticed recently that trades of under 0.0025 BTC can show as unsigned even when they are signed.

No, it’s for 0.0255 BTC.

Seems strange. I would recommend you make a bug report here: https://github.com/bisq-network/bisq/issues/new?assignees=&labels=&template=bug-report.md
