As per the title.
I have set up everything as far as I know and the only part I cannot set up is the “Arbitrator Selection”
The language is set to English and the “Which arbitrators do you accept” selection box does not show any arbitrators.
Win 7 64 bit Version 0.4.9.9.1
Any suggestions?
Seems after an hour the app found 2 arbitrators
So this has resolved itself.

Thanks for reporting. I just tested and I got both. But will observe what could cause it… If it happens again let me know and send me the log file (Account/backup/open data directory - there are the logs)
