Status "payment started" not received at transaction partner

A few days ago I accepted an offer to buy bitcoin. I sent the funds and confirmed in Bisq “payment started”. So on my side, I am in “wait until payment arrived” status since a few days.Today, the transaction partner contacted me that he received the SEPA transaction but cannot confirm this in Bisq because the trade at his side is still in status “waiting until payment has started”. Any ideas how to solve this?

Looks like it’s a common new bug.
Open mediation at Bisq, explain the situation and provide bisq.log to mediator at Keybase so devs can fix it.

To settle your trade, I think it can be solved through a manual payout, but I’m not sure if there’s an easier way.
