Stuck on the installation

Hello .I can’t get past the 1/4 initializing to a Tor network stage…bisq app keeps shutting itself down. Windows 7 64 bit

Do you have an AV (AntiVirus) running, or Tor ? or Torbrowser ?
(Bisq v0.9.1 I presume).

Try restarting the PC first, if it keeps happening you can try to look at the log file for any errors.
