Seller does not release BTC nor does he not reply to chat. I started support ticket on Bisq and sent message to support but message just spins in circle after hitting send saying sending message but it doesn’t look like it’s being sent.
You can contact mediators/arbitrators on keybase in #support channel. Forum has been kinda phased out as an official place for support.
