Support Ticket has been open for over 1 month, no response and no funds back


I had a transaction fail to broadcast the maker fee. I opened a ticket and awaited a response. Its been over a month, I’ve sent multiple messages to the support ticket but no response.

I am not sure I will ever see a response at this point. The first message shows Arrived, the followups show as saved in receivers mailbox.

Anyone know what next steps I can take? I’ve had .0655 BTC locked in this transaction for a while now.

ah, this is an old address, replaced by a new one since august 4th.
I guess you’re still with Bisq version v0.7.1 (or older) ?
